Cancellation Policy, Please Read.
Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Due to the high volume of bookings and the length of our waitlist, we are enforcing our cancellation policy. Please notify us by phone, text, or email, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged.
- No-call-no-show = 100% of the treatment fee
- Same-day cancellation = 50% of the treatment fee
- Same-day cancellation with reschedule = 25% of the treatment fee
If we do not have a card on file to charge, you will be sent an invoice & it must be paid prior to returning for your next appointment.
Any appointments scheduled outside of a Therapist's scheduled shift or outside of our regular business hours are required to prepay with no refunds for no-shows.
Three no-shows and/or late cancellations will result in prepayment of all future services or termination of the working relationship.
Thank you for your understanding as we try to accommodate as many of our clients in need of our services as possible, as well as compensate our hard-working Therapists.
