We happily accept retail gift cards. Unfortunately, they cannot be combined with our discounts, other gift certificates or cards, package purchases, or gratuities.

Certificate Policies
PURCHASING GIFT CERTIFICATES
- Certificates can be purchased for a particular service or a specified dollar amount to give your guest the freedom to enjoy any service on our menu.
- Should a service no longer be available, the purchased value is ONLY guaranteed for one year after purchase. After one year, the certificate is honored at the purchased value and the difference is due at the time of service.
- Please mention the certificate when scheduling, and present the certificate at the time of service.
- Gift certificates cannot be used toward discounted services, promotional offers, or package purchases.
- Full-priced gift certificates never expire.
- There are no refunds on gift certificates and they cannot be redeemed for cash.
Standard Certificates
Because policy information is limited on the printed or emailed certificate, and not included on a gift card, the following policies apply to ALL gift and promotional certificates.
By purchasing a Spa Daze gift certificate or gift card, you are agreeing to the following terms for yourself and your guest...your cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
REDEEMING PROMOTIONAL OR FUNDRAISER CERTIFICATES
- Only ONE certificate can be used PER guest for the duration of the promotion. Cannot be used for multiple visits. Additional certificates can be used by individual guest(s).
- A certificate can only be purchased within the promotional period. Once the promotion is over, the offer is no longer available for purchase.
- Only individuals who have PREPAID certificates may schedule an appointment for this discounted service.
- By purchasing a certificate you are agreeing to our terms for yourself and your guest, so please make sure you & your guest understands them FULLY.
- Please mention certificate when scheduling, and present certificate at time of service.
- Full value redeemed at time of service, cannot be credited toward future service or shared.
- No refunds, not redeemable for cash. Cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or deals.
- Promotional & Fundraiser certificates are for stated service ONLY, no substitutions & only select add-ons can be used.
- Our promotional certificates are not gift certificates and are for the stated service only.
- If you have purchased a gift certificate by donation or raffle, only one certificate can be redeemed by the same person.
Purchasing Promotional Certificates
Please note that our promotional certificates are not sold as "gift certificates".
In accordance with AZ State Law, they are for a specific service offered at a reduced rate during a promotional period.
***THEY EXPIRE 90 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE DATE***
They must be used by their expiration date in order to receive promotional value. Expired certificates are redeemed at their purchased price.
