Jessica has a background in working with Chiropractic and Spa environments.

Ashley Ellsworth, Lead LMT
Ashley is the most experienced Massage Therapist on our team since she graduated in 2008. She joined our team in January 2023.
She specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Maternity Massage, Pediatric Massage, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, and Aromatherapy Massage, and is able to provide & integrate Craniosacral into her work.
Her prior experience includes spas, Chiropractic offices, and a fitness center.
Fun facts: She loves her two cats and enjoys Yoga, hiking, dancing, coloring, and playing soccer.

Darcy Nolen, LMT
Darcy graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Pima Community College in 2009.
She specializes in Ashiatsu, Table Thai Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Maternity Massage, Pediatric Massage, Medical Massage, and Sports Massage.
She spent the last 11 years at Canyon Ranch.
Fun facts: She loves her two dogs, and enjoys hiking, biking, walking, and art. She's also a Third generation Tucson native!

Sam Horning, LMT
Sam is 2021 graduate, Yoga Instructor, and former Professional Dancer with a Bachelors in Fine Arts in Dance from Wayne State University.
He specializes in Therapeutic Massage, Maternity Massage, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Grief Massage, he is also able to provide and integrate Craniosacral into his work.
Sam was recently a massage instructor at ASIS, and his former dance experience comes through in his technique & "flow".
Fun fact: He loves his two cats, and enjoys dance, Yoga, exercising, hiking, and playing piano. Has a degree in Dance Performance & Choreography!

He was formerly at The Ritz Carlton.
